Compensation: Compensation is directly associated with the personal and project performance of each employee.  Employees at NW Construction are  rewarded and recognized on their performance and contributions to the growth of the company. 

Blue Cross Blue Shield: NW Construction takes care of the full cost of premiums for our employees and eligible dependents. Plan is HSA approved.

Guardian Life Insurance: Includes: Dental, Vision, Life and Long Term Disability

Retirement Plan: We offer a Profit Sharing Plan, including a 401(k)  Savings Plan that is offered after six months of employment and 500 hours of work.  The  contribution to this plan is determined by company performance each year. Additionally, NWC offers a generous match to the 401(k)  Savings Plan.

Vacation: Two weeks of vacation are given each year for the first ten years of employment. After ten years, employees enjoy three weeks of vacation. After fifteen years of employment, employees enjoy three and one-half weeks of vacation and after twenty years, employees enjoy a full month of vacation each calendar year.

Holidays:  A minimum of seven holidays are observed by NW Construction.

Bonuses and Yearly Salaries:  All salaried employees are reviewed annually. Bonuses and salary increases are based on employee and company performance.

Allowance and Reimbursements:  NW Construction pays the following allowances to salaried employees working at our project sites:

  • Travel and Subsistence Allowance – paid weekly when working at projects located away from the home office (Bozeman, Montana).

  • Airline Allowance – paid weekly at projects greater than 500 miles away from Bozeman, Montana.

  • Vehicle Reimbursement – NWC offers employees the use of a company vehicle or reimburses the employee for the use of his or her own vehicle.
