Annual Bonuses and Salary Increases: All salaried employees are reviewed annually. Bonuses and salary increases are based on employee and company performance.
Allowances and Reimbursements: NW Construction pays the following allowances to salaried employees:
Travel and Subsistence Allowance: Paid weekly when working on projects located away from the home office (Bozeman, Montana).
Airline Allowance: Paid weekly when working at projects greater than 500 miles away from Bozeman, Montana.
Vehicle Reimbursement: NWC offers employees the use of a company vehicle or reimburses the employee for the use of his or her own vehicle.
Cell Phone Reimbursement: NWC reimburses employees for the use of their own cell phone.
