Project Summary: Project consists of development and reclamation of designated borrow areas consisting of mine tailings from previous mine operations, foundation excavation and preparation, processing of mine tailings for use in new dam embankment, raising the main dam and saddle dam 25 feet to increase storage of high density sludge material produced from treatment of mine water runoff. Abandoning existing piezometers and installing new piezometers, Gravel surfacing on new roads and main dam crest, 1,000 LF of shotcrete lined ditch along main road, concrete encasement of spillway pipe extension, final grading and reclamation of disturbed areas.
